The stud fee of Mister Ginoux rises to €5,000

He’s the international sensation of the PA stallion division. Consequently, the covering fee of Mister Ginoux (Amer), a sire with the remarkable statistics to match, has been set at €5,000 (frozen semen sample) in 2022, having risen from the current €1,800. Based at the Haras de Thouars, the young Al Shaqab Racing sire has had 19 runners in France, five of which have collected black type, including the Qatar Arabian World Cup (Gr1 PA) winner Hoggar de l'Ardus. 

Al Mourtajez (Dahess) will also form part of the stallion draft at the Haras de Thouars, where he will command a fee of €3,500 (frozen sample) which decreases to €3,000 (fresh sample). The 2022 season will be a crucial one for the former champion on the track, as his first PA 3-year-olds are due to reach the racecourse. Around ten of his products are currently in training in France. Al Mourtajez has covered in excess of 90 mares in each of his initial three seasons in the breeding shed. His sire, the prolific Dahess (Amer), is available to breeders at a remarkably affordable fee for one of the world's best PA stallions: €2,500. He is responsible for generating 10 Gr1 PA winners either as a sire or as a broodmare sire.

The covering fee of Al Mamun Monlau (Munjiz), responsible for five Gr1 PA class horses, has been set at €5,000, having risen from its current €1,800 mark. His first French bumper crop will be 3-year-olds in 2022, and he covered his biggest book of mares (122) in 2020.

Bearing the clear imprint of his sire Azadi (Darike), Al Mouwaffak, a precocious sort and of lively disposition, had a real turn of foot. Given that he will be commanding a stud fee of €1,000 (frozen sample) or €800 (fresh sample), this young sire could hardly be more affordable. His first foals were born in 2020.
